Okay.
Not really.
Actually I propped up the bow with some books so it just looked like.

Love at First Sight... Well Almost

This is the first glimpse I ever got of my violin.

The lady we were thinking of buying it from sent this to us and I looked at it and was like
"What an odd color! And it doesn't have fine-tuners! I don't really want it!"

But we went and looked at it anyway.
She pulled up in the parking lot of the YMCA where she worked and got out, open up her trunk and pulled out the case.

The violin hadn't been played in years so it was horribly out of tune but I remember playing just a little bit -open strings- and I said
" That's it!
I LOVE this instrument!!!
I want to play this violin for the rest of my days!!!"

And so ends the story of how I got my violin almost a year ago.

Do you ever have one of those days where you keep trying and it just keeps getting worse?

One of those days where

you end up finding peanut butter on your violin bow?
"Michael...!!!"

One of those days where you try to tune your violin
and the E string that you've had for years breaks???

One of those days where,
while putting in your E string you break the G string that you've had for years???

It's kind of sad right now.
I'm actually kind of scared to touch it so I just left it to rest for a while.

Not all that creative but I thought I'd post it anyways.

I know this has already been on Farm Kids And Crocs
but I wanted to post it hear and tell about it.

This is one of the few movies I've ever seen on uTube and my favorite second to
Lovestory Meets Viva La Vida by Jon Schmidt.

Anyway, back to the story.
It was so funny and good.
I like the ending the best but you have to watch the whole thing and turn up the volume at the beginning for the little speech the guy gives because that is funny as well.
