I just got a new photography book(well that's not true. I got it a while ago but I just now started reading it.) and in it it tells how to do the picture like the one above.
well I did read the book and I did try that way but it worked better to do it another way.
The "correct" way to do it is to set your camera on a slow shutter speed and zoom in while you take the picture.
But that didn't work for me so I take the picture and while I'm taking the picture I twist the camera.
True it's not the correct way but it works for me!
